We'll begin with a free, no-obligation consultation call to discuss your needs and see how I can support you. If we're a good fit to work together, I'll send a custom proposal your way based on our conversation.

Once accepted and the contract and invoice are taken care of, we'll hop on a 60-90 minute call to dive deeper into your business, the role you're looking to fill, and overall expectations.

Getting Started


To officially begin the hiring process, I will begin implementing our high-level framework to include crafting a detailed job description, KRAs, and building out the application.

Once the job has been posted across up to 4 relevant platforms, I'll thoroughly screen candidates to ensure we're making the best decision for your organization.

Steps


Together, we'll conduct the final round of interviews and collaborate to select your newest team member.

From there, I'll ensure you have all the tools and resources you need to successfully complete the onboarding process and continue a long-term well-aligned working relationship!

FAQ

Though I try my best to be realistic in what can be achieved during our session, there are absolutely things that come up and cause delays and/or are just too large of products to complete entirely in one day while not sacrificing the high-quality of work we provide. If this happens, you’ll have the opportunity to book an additional day (or half-day) at a discounted rate.

We will begin by meeting for a 60 to 90-minute kick-off meeting about 1 week prior to your reserved day. I’ll compile all the information I need along to include any necessary research between our kick-off meeting and your reserved day. The day of your session, I will commit 6-7 hours solely to your business/project.  You will be able to go about your day as you wish but will need to be available for any questions that may arise. I will then provide you with a recap of what was accomplished, any tutorials/explanations, and any potential suggestions moving forward the day following our session. 

Days must be agreed upon and paid for in advance as you can appreciate the work that goes into scheduling and doing the prework.

We do understand that life happens and will allow you to reschedule once. However, days must be rescheduled no less than 48 hours in advance and will be based on my availability.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit paid may be applied to your new rescheduled date so long as you provide at least 48 hours notice. Sessions that are canceled or rescheduled in less than 48 hours of your reserved date/time, will unfortunately forfeit their deposit. 

While I will be working independently the day of your session, I do ask that you are available through either email or Voxer to answer any questions that may arise throughout the day so that we can achieve as much as possible during our time together and ensure that it is a positive experience with high-quality results.
